OUR INSPIRATION IS OUR TERRITORY.

BIRTH AND EVOLUTION OF TIRAMISU.
The paternity of the recipe for the most famous and popular Italian dessert in the world is still claimed by generations of restaurateurs and pastry chefs. The “official” recipe, however, dates back to 1962 and was first written on the menu of a restaurant in the centre of Treviso. As a tribute to Tiramisù, Bettina was the first person in the world to decide to turn it into a biscuit. One of Biscotteria’s “historic” recipes, which identify it in Italy and abroad.

THE ART OF THE APERITIF.
The culture of wine, conviviality and being together are fundamental elements of the folklore and culture of the Veneto region, which can boast no less than 52 DOC wines. To accompany the aperitif, Bettina has created its own line of savoury biscuits, with tasty and unusual recipes, ideal for accompanying wines and cocktails.
